Processing methods

The methods to be applied depend on the sizes (from normal to A0 or even non-standards) and other features of the document. We can setup the processing having all types of digitization methods and solutions.

Data collection methods

- When document data are in structured database before processing then data can be assigned to images automatically.

- By Optical/Intelligent Character Research (OCR/ICR) the processing sytem recognises the necessary data from the document.

- In case when there is no possibility to use supporting methods then data collection to be made by manually.

Document Management System Integration

The digitized document images and data have been reviewed and approved may be loaded into Customer's electronic document management system. In case when Customer has not got this system we offer our DMW solution.

Implemantation of continuous processing work-flow

In addition to the backlog document archiving, we can offer workflow system to provide and support continuous document processing in the future. Using our company's DMW System, every step is managed in a regulated and supported IT process, starting with the receipt of document, through scanning, data collecting, reviewing / approval and completed by image and data loading to an electronic document management system. This framework provides a fast, efficient document processing on a daily basis with all possible exclusion of errors.

Electronic authentication

Both cases of document processing which are digital archiving and the work-flow based continuous processing - if needed - we complete the service with electronic authentication (digital signature and timestamp).
